If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend that you either get sized at our Denver brick and mortar or by contacting us and we will send you sizer/finger gauge. We offer one complimentary ring resizing for all engagement/wedding ring purchases and One Of A Kind ring purchases within 1 year of purchase (excluding any shipping/delivery charges). Made To Order purchases do not incur a fee if it’s a size we do not have listed as in stock, they will simply be made to whichever size you select at checkout.

Ring resizing is $50 flat (excluding any shipping/delivery charges).

Please note that some styles may not be easily sizable, if at all.

Returns & Exchanges

In-Stock Items | We offer a full-refund for the purchase price of the item less any shipping charges within 7 days of purchase for items purchased at our Denver brick + mortar, at an Instagram live sale, or online at katemallerjewelry.com.

All items must be new and returned in the original packaging, customers are responsible for return shipping and lost packages upon return. We suggest you choose a shipping service that offers the appropriate amount of insurance coverage for the item you are returning.

Made-to-Order, Custom and Modified Items | We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, made to order, and resized pieces. All items must be new and returned in the original packaging, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Custom Orders

Kate Maller Jewelry welcomes inquiries into our Customs design process. Though easily confused, Custom jewelry is not the same as Made To Order or One Of A Kind pieces.

We view our Customs as a collaboration. We similarly will NOT copy the designs of another artist or jeweler as we strongly feel it undermines the value of artistry and destroys the integrity of the handmade process.

April Higashi has been working as a contemporary art jeweler, curator, and gallery owner in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. In 2005 she founded Shibumi Gallery as a dynamic space to create and exhibit her work and highlight the inspiring work of fellow jewelry artists.

April’s jewelry is inspired by the inexhaustible beauty of the natural world. Her reflections upon nature’s rich color fields, subtle textures, and unexpected juxtapositions are inseparable from the refined attention to detail that is the hallmark of her process and craft.

April Higashi jewelry feels fresh and contemporary and, at the same time, ancient and timeless. Organic rose-cut and rustic diamonds, precious metals, and exquisite enamels are featured in her work. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, April lives with her son Ando in the San Francisco Bay Area.
